Estrella Round Wooden Wall Art

Much as we love to champion independent UK brands, stocking products designed and made on these very shores, every so often a European brand comes along with some products we just can't resist. When this happens we decide to widen the net and stock some products from our European neighbours. Haciendo el Indio is one such brand.

Hailing from Madrid, Haciendo el Indio is a one woman design house, specialising in art and homeware for children. We'd been after a range of kid's wall art to add to our Art section for a while, but nothing was ever quite right. As soon as as we saw these though, we were hooked. The designs are cute but not twee, quirky but subtly so, and not really like anything we've seen before.

The Luna Estrella round wooden wall art depicts the cutest crescent moon you ever did see, surrounded by a grey/white sky scene. These wall plaques are made from wood (they're heavy!) with a hole in the back ready for hanging. They measure 30cm in diameter and are approx 1 cm thick.
