• Small items are eligible for letter delivery at £2. This is an untracked service and can take longer to arrive. We do not recommened this if your order is urgent or during busy periods (such as in the run up to Christmas).
• Free standard delivery on orders above £50.
• Most orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 (except letter delivery which is 2nd Class)

Albert & Moo was set up in 2017 by Lianne Westwood after more than a decade working for numerous other E-commerce brands and retailers (including a four year stint at Amazon UK). In 2016 she did an interior design diploma, thinking she wanted a career change, but instead she had an idea for her very own website blending her knowledge of retail, her love of interiors and a passion to support small, independent brands. A year later Albert & Moo was born. It was named after her (at the time) pet bearded dragons, Albi and Mooli.

Now in its ninth year, and following a relocation from London to Suffolk, Albert & Moo is still run by Lianne, but she sometimes has help from her five year old daughter (who says she wants to be a shopkeeper when she grows up...), and her love of interiors has spread to include all things plants and gardening.

All orders are packed by Lianne (and maybe the five year old during school holidays!) from her garden studio and are plastic free (unless reusing the bubble wrap stock arrives in). She is eternally grateful for every single order. Genuinely, thank you.
